Renewing Our Faith — Building Our Future Capital Campaign
Since 1959, St. John Primary/St. Theresa Middle – originally founded as St. Theresa of Avila School – has faithfully served the families of Ascension and surrounding parishes by educating and forming our children in the Catholic Faith. After decades of service and thousands of students, the St. Theresa Middle campus now needs comprehensive renovations and new spaces where our children can learn, grow and play in a safe and inspiring environment.

St. Theresa Middle’s facilities have remained largely unchanged since the 1950s, and the gym, built in 1991, urgently needs roof repairs, new bleachers and new flooring. With this campaign, we will make the classrooms safer by removing the connecting doors, we will replace the flooring, cabinets, countertops, windows, ceilings and paint, and we will remodel the restrooms. These improvements represent a true renewal that will ensure the campus serves students for generations to come.
