before school & after school care program

The Before and After School Care Program aims to provide a service to working parents while offering students a comfortable and familiar environment for doing homework*, having a snack, socializing, relaxing and playing until their working parents arrive. It also provides increased opportunities for children to participate in extra-curricular activities. There are different rates for those attending extra-curricular activities and then going to After Care. Students are provided with snacks and drinks, but snacks may be brought from home if you wish.

Hours: 6:45 a.m. - 7:15 a.m. (Before Care) and 2:40 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. (After Care)
Before Care is located on both campuses.
After Care is only located on the St. Theresa Campus in Gonzales.

Special arrangements for drop-ins are available upon request only one day a week. A note must be sent to the teacher on the day they should be sent to after care. All after care fees will be collected by direct debit on the 10th of the month including drop-ins.

It is the policy of the school that any child not picked up by 3:05 p.m. will be sent to After Care and the first time fee will be imposed, if applicable. If children are not picked up from After Care by 6:00 p.m. there will be a late fee.
