» How old is the school?

Our history dates back to 1957 when Father Arthur Lieux chose eight men to plan a drive for a new school. Thanks to their foresight and dedication, St. Theresa of Avila School became a reality on September 8th, 1959 when 276 children attended their first day of school in 1st through 4th grades. Today, we are now two campuses educating children from Pre-K to 8th grade.

» When do we apply?

The admission application opens in December of each year. For more details, visit the Application Process page.

» When will we know if our child is accepted?

Acceptance letters will be mailed in February of each year. Registration fees will be due upon acceptance.

» Do you provide bus transportation?

Yes, we have bus routes for morning arrival and afternoon departure. Bus routes are determined by our transportation supervisor. Shuttle buses run mornings between both campuses allowing drop-off on either campus. Shuttles run in the afternoon from St. John to St. Theresa Aftercare.

» Do you offer before-care or early drop off?

Yes, we offer Before-care on both campuses. See our Before/After School Care page for more details

» Do you offer care after school?

Yes, we offer After-care for Pre-K through 8th grade students where they have an opportunity to have snack, do homework and play with other students. See our Before/After School Care page for more details.
